1. Independence and trademarks
BlueValor Modifications is an independent creator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
We are also not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, emergency lighting manufacturer, law enforcement agency, fire department, emergency medical service, or government body, whether real or fictional.
All product names, trademarks, logos, brands, department names, and registered marks referenced anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is descriptive only — it identifies the real-world subject a model was inspired by, and it does not imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by that owner.
Our products are fan-made modifications intended for use in private roleplay communities. Every model, livery, and lighting configuration sold here is an original work created by BlueValor Modifications or licensed for our use. Where a build is described as based on or inspired by a real agency or vehicle, it is an artistic interpretation and is not an official or licensed representation.
Your use of FiveM and Grand Theft Auto V is governed entirely by the terms of Cfx.re and Rockstar Games. You are responsible for holding a legitimate copy of the base game and for complying with those terms. Nothing you buy from us grants you any right under, or exempts you from, their agreements.
If you are a rights holder and believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.
2. All sales are final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits on any purchase.
Every product sold here is a digital file delivered instantly on payment. Once a download has been made available to your account, it cannot be returned or recovered, which is why this policy exists.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product, that access is granted immediately, and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
Before you buy
- Read the full product description, including the framework and any dependencies listed — all our vehicles are Non-ELS and run standalone.
- Check the preview screenshots — what you see is what the model looks like.
- Confirm the product suits your server before purchasing. Ask in our Discord if you are unsure; we would rather answer a question than take a sale you regret.
The narrow exceptions
We will make it right, at our discretion, in two situations only:
- Duplicate charge. You were billed twice for the same product in the same transaction.
- Undeliverable product. The files are genuinely broken or cannot be delivered, and we are unable to fix or replace them within a reasonable time after you report it.
The following are not grounds for a refund: changing your mind, buying the wrong product, buying a product twice across separate orders, conflicts with other resources on your server, your server closing, your own installation or configuration errors, or the model not matching a real-world vehicle as closely as you hoped.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — most issues are solved in minutes. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us will result in your account being permanently closed and all licenses revoked, and we will contest the dispute with your order and download records.
3. What you are buying
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files on servers you personally own or operate. That license does not expire, and it includes any future updates we release for that product at no extra cost.
You may install the files on your own servers, modify them for your own server's use, and use screenshots of them in your own community's promotional material.
4. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, leak, share, or publish the files, in original or modified form.
- Upload the files to any public repository, leak site, or file host.
- Share your account, download links, or credentials with anyone.
- Claim the work as your own, or remove attribution from the files.
- Use the files in any commercial product or paid pack of your own.
- Reverse engineer or extract assets for use in unrelated projects.
Breaching any of the above ends your license immediately. Distributing our files without permission may also expose you to a copyright claim.
5. Accounts and access
Accounts are created through Discord sign-in or at checkout, and one person may hold only one account. If you buy before signing in with Discord, your purchases are matched to your account automatically when you first log in with a verified matching email address.
You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for everything done under yours. We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, and no refund is due when we do.
6. Support and updates
Support is provided through our Discord server on a best-effort basis. We will help with installation problems, broken files, and bugs in our own products.
We do not provide support for general server setup, third-party resources, framework configuration, or modifications you have made to our files. Updates are released at our discretion and we do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with any future version of the game, FiveM, or any framework or resource.
7. Warranty and liability
Products are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be error-free, that they will work with any particular server setup, or that they will remain compatible after any game or platform update.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueValor Modifications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including server downtime, data loss, crashes, or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim concerns.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you hold that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or your purchased files after a change means you accept the updated terms.
