Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details. Your name and email address. If you set a password, it is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.
• Discord details, if you sign in with or connect Discord. Your Discord user ID, username and avatar, and the email address on your Discord account if Discord shares it.
• Orders. What you bought, when, the amount, your order number and the payment reference from Stripe.
• Downloads. Each time you download a file we record the time, the product, your IP address and your browser type.
• Messages you send us. For example a custom service request, which includes the Discord username and details you type in.

We do not receive or store your card number. Payments are made on Stripe's own payment page.

2. What we use it for

• running your account and delivering the files you buy;
• giving you customer roles in our Discord server;
• answering support requests;
• preventing fraud, license abuse and leaks, and responding to chargebacks and payment disputes;
• keeping the records the law requires, such as sales records;
• protecting the site, for example limiting repeated failed sign-in attempts from one address.

3. Who it is shared with

We share information only with the services that are needed to run the store:

• Stripe, to take payments. Stripe receives your email address and payment details.
• Discord, to sign you in and assign roles. Notifications about new orders, new accounts and service requests (which can include your name, email address and what you bought) are posted to private staff channels in our Discord server.
• Our hosting and network providers (Railway and Cloudflare), which store the site's data and carry its traffic.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to, or to a payment provider or bank when responding to a payment dispute.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses only what it needs to work:

• a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 7 days;
• a short-lived cookie used while you sign in with Discord;
• your shopping cart, which is kept in your own browser.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set its own cookies to protect the site from abuse.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account, order and download records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as needed for tax records, fraud prevention and handling disputes.

6. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by messaging us on Discord. Deleting your account removes your access to your downloads. We may keep order records where we are required to or where we need them to deal with fraud or disputes. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your information, and we will honour valid requests.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No website can promise perfect security, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
