Refund Policy

1. What you are buying

BlueValor Modifications sells digital vehicle files for FiveM. Nothing physical is shipped. As soon as your payment goes through, the file is unlocked in your account and can be downloaded straight away.

2. No refunds

Because delivery is immediate and a download cannot be given back, we do not refund purchases. This includes, for example:

• you changed your mind, or bought the wrong product by mistake;
• you did not read the product description, requirements or photos before buying;
• the file does not work with your server, framework, game build, or with other mods or scripts you use;
• you are not able to install or configure it;
• you no longer need it, your server closed, or you lost access to your server;
• your account or server was restricted or banned by Rockstar Games, Cfx.re (FiveM), Discord or anyone else;
• you expected a feature, livery, lighting setup or level of performance that the product page did not promise;
• the price changed or the product went on sale after you bought it;
• you bought individual files and later bought Lifetime Access, or you bought Lifetime Access and fewer new files were released than you hoped for.

3. Your agreement to immediate delivery

When you check out, you ask us to deliver the file immediately and you confirm that you understand you will not be able to cancel the order or get a refund once it has been delivered. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel an online purchase within a set period, you agree that this right ends when the download is made available to you, which happens as soon as you pay.

4. If something is wrong with a file

We want what you bought to work as described. If a file will not download, is corrupted, or is clearly not the product shown on its page, contact us on Discord or at support@bluevalormods.com within 14 days of buying it, with your order number and a description of the problem. We will fix the file or replace it. Fixing or replacing the file is the remedy we offer. A refund is given only if we decide we cannot supply a working file, or where the law requires one.

5. Charged twice

If you were charged more than once for the same order because of a payment error, contact us with your order number and we will refund the extra charge.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card company. Most problems can be sorted out quickly. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a product that was delivered to you:

• your license for that product ends and your access to its downloads is removed;
• any Discord roles that came with the purchase are removed;
• we may close your account and refuse future orders;
• we will respond to the dispute with our records of the order, including the time of purchase, your acceptance of these terms at checkout, and the download history for your account.

7. Custom services

Custom work (vehicle debadging and livery creation) is quoted and agreed with you individually. Once work on a custom order has started, payments for it are not refundable.

8. Updates

If we release a new version of a product you own, you can download it from your account at no extra cost. We do not promise that any product will receive updates, and a product not being updated is not a reason for a refund.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a right applies, this policy applies to the fullest extent the law allows.
